1: How to Access Your Email via Webmail?

If you're unable to access your email using Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile apps following the migration, you can access your inbox immediately via your browser.

Steps to Login:

  1. Visit the Webmail portal: webmail.eureka.lk or mail.eureka.lk
  2. Username: Enter your full email address (e.g., yourname@eureka.lk).
  3. Password: Enter the temporary password provided to you during the migration.
  4. Click Sign In
  5. Once logged in, you can view and send emails directly from your browser.
