Developed by the British government and practiced in Global 1000 organizations, the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a framework of best practices for managing IT infrastructure. Eureka has been practicing ITIL for over 2 years with significant results in improved quality, efficiency and reliability.

While there is no official ITIL certification process for an organization the ISO 20000 standard integrates these practices into its process, and has become the de facto standard for managing IT infrastructure. Eureka is an ISO 20000 certified organization. The audit was performed by British Standards Institute. ISO 20000 is the first worldwide standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. It describes an integrated set of management processes for the effective delivery of services to the business and its customers. Globally very few companies, Accenture, IBM, Satyam, to name a few, have been certified. Eureka is proud to be part of this prestigious list of services providers.
